Changes to the Crewe Heritage Trust

Changes to the Crewe Heritage Trust

We are delighted to announce that Jo Ashley and Pete Edwards have been appointed as members of the Crewe Heritage Trust, following a meeting of the organisation on Saturday 20 February.

This announcement follows the recent news that Bill Andrew and Dave Harrison have decided to step down as members of the Trust, whilst continuing their work as volunteers at the museum. Bill also served as Chairman of the trust for a number of years.

Jo and Pete succeed Bill and Dave who are both deeply experienced and respected members of the Trust, together bringing a combined 20 years of experience with the Heritage Centre. Both have built great relationships within our team over the years and have provided unique knowledge helping the charity to develop.

I would like to thank Bill and Dave for their great contribution over the years. I am delighted to welcome Jo and Pete as trustees and I’m sure that they will bring a great deal of knowledge to the trust. The trust have ambitions to bring in younger people with the right skills and experience.
— Gordon Heddon, Chair

Please join us in congratulating Jo and Pete and wishing them every success in their new roles at the Heritage Centre.
